Edit the deadlines shown on the public Banter page. Each date field uses your browser's date picker. You cannot enter an invalid date.

Each role has its own open and close date for the apply form. The server enforces these dates, not just the browser. Leave a field blank to remove that restriction. "Alumni mentor" also covers the general alumni mentor pool.

Mentor decks

Generate profile decks after the mentor deadline closes. Review each deck before it becomes visible to mentees. If you regenerate a deck, its approval resets, and it needs a new review. Approving a cohort's decks for the first time also opens that cohort's application window below. The two mentee cohorts are independent. Approving one does not affect the other.

If a deck has a mistake, download it above. Fix it in PowerPoint or Keynote. Select the corrected file below to replace it.

Each file name must exactly match the name of the deck you downloaded. The system matches files by name only. If a file does not match an existing deck, the system skips it. New decks come only from the Generate mentor decks button above. Importing a deck resets its approval, the same as regenerating it.

Run the algorithm. Check the results below. If something needs fixing, download and edit the results by hand. Approve the results when they are ready. Only the approve action sends emails.

If a pairing is wrong, download the CSV above. Edit it in a spreadsheet. Import it back here. The imported file replaces every match in the table above. The system checks the whole file first. If a problem exists, the system changes nothing and lists every problem.

This emails a match announcement to every pair in the table above. It does not run the algorithm again. The system sends exactly what you see there, including any manual corrections.
